When will my order ship?

- International: 15-20 business days after your order ships, depending on customs clearance

At My Persian Version, we believe in reducing waste and minimizing our environmental footprint. Every item is custom-made just for you, so we don’t hold excess inventory or resell returned products. It’s better for the planet — and it means you get a one-of-a-kind item!
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes! If your order arrives damaged or with any defects in the fabric or print, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@mypersianversion.com with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
Can I exchange my order for a different size or color?
Yes — we do accept exchanges!
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll cover the shipping cost
- A 30% fee of the new item's price will be applied

How do I start a return or exchange?

We’ll review your request and send you instructions. Please note: returns or exchanges sent without approval won’t be accepted.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Before reaching out, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors
- Contact your local post office
- Ask your neighbors in case your package was left with them
